  • If you are interested in entertaining such a career opportunity, your ESI Search Consultant will provide information to the employer, and assist both parties in setting up an interview, either in person or by telephone.
  • Prior to the interview, all executive candidates will be debriefed by an ESI Search Consultant to assist you in preparing for the meeting by providing interview tips and other relevant information.
  • During the interview process, candidates will be given specific and beneficial feedback to assist you in making your decision.
  • Your ESI Search Consultant will also spearhead all negotiations on your behalf.
